I would do backflips for Eatman's mock- Kevin King in the first and Takk in the 2nd? no way he falls that far though. I would be stoked with Broaddus' as well- Malik Mcdowell and Desmond King, hopefully Mcdowell will be better motivated by NFL money, coaching and the fact that your season aint essentially over after a few losses like College.

The fact my preferences are a mix-and-match with theirs, and really in line with Bryan, makes me feels so basic.

I'd pick Rob. You don't get extra credit for pretending 1st rounders are going to fall to the bottom of round 2 simply to strengthen your mock.
I agree with you but there's an inordinate amount of second-round types this season and some will be picked in Rd 1 and some will last until the end of Rd 2.

Davis by FAR. I highly doubt any of his 1-3 picks would be there but if we get Conley, Basham, Jones and you'll hear me calling super bowl.

Agree...

Get that feeling too. We will be like *** w/ our 1st....but then come away w/ a steal in the 2nd.....then botch the 3rd...and that will be the end of our draft since we can't pick on day 3. Don't let last years buffoonery fool you...we got lucky. As in hitting the Powerball lucky.

I'm calling Super Bowl anyway. Partially cuz I'm a homer and partially cuz this team is pretty freaking good

Bryan gets a bad wrap. He's not perfect but he's not a bumbling fool either

yea, he's a pretty good football mind, but boy he is a bumbling fool when it comes to speaking on podcasts like Cowboys Break and the Draft Show.....Ive never heard someone cut themselves off mid-sentence so much lol.....all in all I like him, but he should NOT be the host of the Draft Show, give the reins to Helman........

Nobody does consistently well on day 3.

Agree as well. Pure speculation my part but I think the arrangement of Bryan and the Cowboys is a win-win for both. Bryan gets an office at the Star to do his work while (presumably) the Cowboys can 'access' his Scouting thoughts on various prospects to compare to their internal assessment.

I like Bryan, so I don't mean this as a slight, but if they considered his opinion when drafting, they would rehire him as a scout

I like the one with Conley. I think he'll end up being the best CB from this draft.
