2005 Cowboys v. 2006 Giants (Injury list)

Please help... not to bring up injuries, but a PAIN IN THE *** Giants fan claims that we were not near as injured last year (2005) when we fell from 7-2 to 9-7 (2-5 the last 7 games)... as I recall, we had a ton of injuries last year (of course he claimed last year that "injuries don't matter"... and "injuries are a part of the game, don't cry about injuries", and now that the injury bug hit his team hard this year, I am not hearing the end of it uke:

I recall losing both OTs, Patrick Crayton, Glenn for part of the year (how long?), Keyshawn was playing hurt for some time (didn't he need surgery right after the season?), Dan Campbell?, Canty?, who else did we lose last year so I can shut this guy's arse up!

can't help you with the injury list but the Giants were injured pretty badly last year also, not nearly as bad as this year

I too remembered us not being overly injured, but some posters here proved to me how wrong I was. Don't remember everyone, but wasn't it last year we lost Dat and Woody at the beginning of the year?

If so, I know we had:

Dat Nguyen
Darren Woodson
Julius Jones
Flozell Adams
and Anthony Henry miss quite a few games.

I don't think we had it as bad last year as they have it this year. We did lose Singleton, Dat, and Henry though.

Woody played the 2003 season where we went 10-6 w/ Q-Car at the helm in Parcells' first year as HC. Woody still had to earn his star in training camp and played pretty well that entire year.

In the 2004 year, he was at training camp but sidelined... he did PUP and then just went to IR... later retired...

I was so pumped to hear that he might've made a return last year given we had made the playoffs, but that didn't quite fall into place...
