I know its early, but the will Parcells return got me to wondering who we play next year. So here is next seasons schedule of teams we will play

HOME
Green Bay
Minnesota
New England
NY Jets
NFC West (whoever finishes ranked same as us in their division)

AWAY
Chicago
Detroit
Buffalo
Miami
NFC South (whoever finishes ranked same as us in their division)

Plus our division games

So what do you think of next seasons schedule?

I hate taking the cliche' one-game-at-a-time approach, but I honestly have no opinion of how those teams will fare next season.

Other than to say you can probably count on New England being highly competitive.

It'd be nice if Favre is still around so Romo could outperform his idol.

Other than that, it looks like a very doable schedule right now.

I was going to say its an average looking schedule but how many times do people look at the schedule and says that certain teams are garbage and thats n easy win n then they turn out to be one of the best teams that year. It happens all the time, like in i remember before the 03 year everyone was saying we had the hardest schedule of everyone in the NFL and in fact it turned out to be the easiest schedule of all the contenders in the NFL. you just never know

Well besides New England, Chicago, and the jets, we are gonna own next season. Factor in our divisonal teams like philly, giants, etc., and our schedule is moderately tough. I see only 4 games next year giving us any kind of challenge. Thats right boys, WE'RE GOING TO THE PLAYOFF!!!!.................. in 2007:)

I'm more concerned about the playoffs. Seriously. The regular season will have it's ups and downs but it's only use is to pass the time until January 2008 when the playoffs start.

I want this game after the massacre of 2004.
HOME
Green Bay

We could play at Carolina again.:laugh2: And how about we start a rivalry with Detroit. We play them every year to begin with.

It looks like an doable schedule right now, but lets remember that Bledsoe wont be with us next year, we must find a starter right now...

Those are probably the 2 worst division in the NFL right now, so that looks pretty good. Obviously it's way too early to tell though. Too bad the rest of the NFC East gets about as easy a schedule.

I thought our home and away schedule was unknown till some Computer spits it out? The schedule could be pretty tough you have to figure Miami, Buffalo and the Jets will be better next year and I don't see the Pats or Bears getting any worse. Would be nice to get NE next Thanksgiving.

There is still a whole offseason to go through before we know anything about next years schedule. I am excited though to play some teams it seems we haven't played in forever.

Try to picture this game on Sunday Night Football with John Madden announcing it. I'd think someone in the locker room would need to accidently cause a "wardrobe malfunction" and switch Romo's 9 jersey with a #4.

Either that or against Green Bay.
It alternates every other year since 1990 between NFC and AFC. Next year we can play either the Jets or Patriots on Thanksgiving. The ratings for the Patriots game would be too tempting not to put it on that date IMO.
