2011 starting WR's?

I like Ogletree and expect him to compete for a roster spot but I don't think it is sure thing.

He's going to have to be a lot better this summer than he was last summer because no way is he going to make the Cowboys roster to be made inactive every week like last season.

Had Dez not gone down Ogletree would have sat in street clothes the rest of the season. He has little to no value on special teams so he'll have to make the team as a WR. He'll have his work cut out for him.

I agree. Given some of the WR in this draft there looks to be some good finds late in the draft and I would not be shocked to see Dallas take one in the later portions of the draft given the fact that Hurd may not be back and Ogletree did not step up last season

There's always the slim possibility as remote as it is that the Cowboys take AJ Green or Juilo Jones with their first pick. It's unlikely after using a #1 on Dez last year but if one of those receivers is sitting there at #9 and the Cowboys don't get a trade offer that appeals to them they could pull the trigger on a receiver with that pick.

Either receiver could end up being the best player on the board at #9 especially Green.

I don't believe the Cowboys have a 4th receiver currently on the team that they're comfortable with so unless Hurd is brought back they'll have have to make a move for another receiver either in free agency or the draft.

I don't see either Green or Jones going to Dallas either but as I said looking at the later rds I think there will be some good WR that are worth taking.

dude, what will you do when dez takes over the #1 role????
He is already a better pass catcher & explosive play maker. When he learns the intricacies of route running he will be a clear #1.

Your bias against dez is sad.

Hopefully the CBA stuff can be settled cause a full off-season is what Dez needs to get a better understanding of the plays.
