Gotta love honesty! But I agree with the seedings. Though I do wish they would consider head to head for identical records...part of me wants to see this team get a week off to rest up...but another part wants to keep playing since they are on a roll.

1 Sea
2 GB
3 Dal
4 Atl/Car
5 Az
6 Det

1st round bye: Sea, GB

1st round matchups
Arizona at Atl/Car winner
Detroit at Dallas

I think Detroit is a good match for us.

If Carolina beats arizona and we win we go to Green Bay. Also if arizona beats Carolina we go to Green Bay. So interesting to know already that if we beat det we au Green Bay.

Suh shouldn't likely be suspended for that one.

The best bet is that we get the NBC game Saturday night.

This has been discussed many times. They only consider head-to-head for when
1) two teams are tied, or
2) more than two teams are tied and every team has played each other

Since we're tied with Green Bay AND Seattle, our victory over Seattle doesn't come into effect. Also, Seattle could make a similar argument since they beat Green Bay. How would you use head-to-head if, for example, we beat Seattle, Seattle beat Green Bay, and Green Bay beat us? That happens a lot. Which is why head-to-head isn't used.

We got the toughest path possible.
Yep. A good Detroit team, while Arizona and Carolina play each other. Then we have to go to Green Bay, and if we manage to win that, it's almost a certainty we'd have to go to Seattle. Whereas Seattle has a bye, then plays Arizona, Carolina or Detroit, then plays the remaining team in Seattle for the NFC crown. Talk about having it made.

Isn't it espn?

Tough matchup. Their strength may cancel out our strength. DL vs OL

When will we find out the schedules? I'm going to the Indy game and want to make sure there's no overlap with ours.

it's a joke Seattle is the 1 seed, luckiest crap ever

And I don't even think they are that good. Definitely not as good as they were last year. That intimidation factor has completely worn off.
