I'm down with that! The only team that I want Texas Tech to avoid til the Final.
Love it.My gut says if Duke wins and is somehow below 2 G6 leagues than Committee puts Miami in.
ACC was awful but wildly held up versus the SEC this year head-to-head.
UT doesn't just have 3 losses, they also have really bad games throughout.Longhorn heads will explode but sorry, they should not get in.
Could be 3 teams from Texas though
Also, I'll stay with AM ending up in the 6-9 range this week...maybe even 5-9 range
LoL at Oregon being ranked higher than Texas Tech.Oregon moves up to #4 in both the AP and Coaches polls. Not surprised, though it does not matter. Only the CFP rankings matter at this point.
TAM was always over rated as was finally shown but TT is notLoL at Oregon being ranked higher than Texas Tech.
I predict Miami will jump BYU this week. Or maybe they'll just be conservative and see if BYU can beat TT the Big12 title game (doubt that)LoL at Oregon being ranked higher than Texas Tech.
i still shouldnt matter as Miami is outside the top 10,no 11 and 12 are for remaining 2 Conference Champs The Committee has set a precedent where they can ignore head to head if they feel one team is clearly better than the other in case of ND and Miami predict a 24 team playoff next season..I predict Miami will jump BYU this week. Called it 2 weeks ago.I'm sure Kiffin is complaining about lack of NIL funds relative to his SEC opponents. Kiffin was an early adopter of the portal even before NIL bc it's faster to build a program with transfers than with freshman. But he's not using real numbers in these interviews. He just knows he has less now than Texas and many other major programs. And it's become such a disparity that he can't pull these guys out of the transfer portals like he could in the past. While NIL was made legal in 2021, the money didn't start pouring into these schools on day 1 at the levels they are at now. Given time, the bigger schools with bigger fan bases are going to surpass smaller schools like Ole Miss. Ole Miss is at a competitive disadvantage and he knows it.
I think Kiffin is coaching his last season at Ole Miss. He will either go back to the NFL or trade up to a larger program like LSU or PSU than can give him the funds he needs to get the players he wants.
He's plenty athletic. He needs a better OL and WRs. He doesn't have elite NFL prospects at WR or TE. Texas needs a much better group. A better OL wouldn't hurt either.UT's OL has been bad a lot of the season. When facing really bad DL they've cooked but that is not the case most nights in the SEC and certainly wasn't versus tOSU.
Arch is a solid QB but his athleticism was woefully oversold.
He needs to win the pre-snap read with this OL and he isn't.
Yep. 24 teams no later than 2027i still shouldnt matter as Miami is outside the top 10,no 11 and 12 are for remaining 2 Conference Champs The Committee has set a precedent where they can ignore head to head if they feel one team is clearly better than the other in case of ND and Miami predict a 24 team playoff next season..
