What teams currently run or are switching to the 3-4 this year? I can name a few but I know there are more.

Dolphins, Steelers, Patriots, Cowboys, Browns, Jets, Chargers. I probably missed a couple.

Chiefs may be making the switch, but I'm not too sure.

I don't like that it's getting more popular. One of the advantages of the 3-4 in the past was that since few teams used it, there was less competition for players that fit that mold. Now that's no longer the case.

Really? One of the better 3-4's in the league is the Ravens. The 49er's and Arizona run the 3-4 as well.

Not to mention teams didnt have to prepare for it as much and therefore were less comfortable playing against it.

Peyton Manning would always struggle against the Steelers and Pats because of the 3-4 and they way they could disguise their defenses.

Now its becoming more popular and offenses will become more comfortable and better playing against it.

Chargers own him too. hell we beat him in 2006 with the most basic 3-4 in the game.

Can't wait til we go back to the 4-3. When does Ware retire?

My personal preference is the 7-0, or even the 6-1. But to each his own, right?

Doubt they'll even get the sarcasm.

We brought the heat that game though, remember? Everyone was begging for Parcells to open it up, and he did. We went for the throat that game, and were the first team to beat them. I believe they were 10-0 at that point.

That was a great game for Cowboys fans. Ware comes in untouched off the line and smokes Manning. The breakup on 4th down, and the "go for the throat" mentallity of going for it on 4th and 2 and Romo hitting Glenn on a slant to seal the game instead of punting.
