he doesnt have what it takes to win big games
he never yells at his offensive players when they make mistakes and he probably never will.
hes like that new teacher who you can take advantage of. HE HAS'NT EARNED RESPECT FROM THE TEAM YET.

JERRY JONES IS NOT A GOOD GM
however he is rich
but you cannot have too many stars on offense. AND THE ONE THING YOU CANNOT DO IS "OVER PAY PLAYERS". once players receive that money they know it is nearly impossible for them to get cut and there play began to fall off. look who he has overpaid and tell me which of these players has played like they are still working for a paycheck

-barber
-roy williams 38

-tony romo
-leonard davis
-hamlin

now tell me why should these players play hard. why should they?
because they love the game?
what is more important to these players. playoffs or themselves?
AND JERRY OVERPAID ALL OF THESE PLAYERS especially hamlin, barber, and rw11, since they didnt really show much to begin with
AND NOT TO MENTION HE HIRED A DEF COORDINATOR TO BE HC

before romo we havent had a good qb in over 12 years

-but we went out and signed drew bledsoe, and vinny ***:bang2:

HOW CAN YOU EXPECT TO WIN WITHOUT A QB
AND IT TOOK US FOREVER TO FIND 1 AND NOW THAT WE HAVE 1 HE IS NOT DISCIPLINED ENUFF

yes we where lucky on that one but there something to be said for him even being here in the first place,.. This same "poor" scouting also got us Witten in the 3rd, MB3 in the 4th, Choice in the 4th Scandrick in the 5th and Ratliff in like the 6th or 7th not to mention the best player in the 05 draft in Ware

That irrelevant. Romo is the quarterback now because he was on the roster and Carter is no longer a factor and hasn't been for years.
