33-15 Wade has earned the right to finish his contract

I'm done knocking this guy , yeah he's dumpy and goofy looking but he's done a very good job in the regular season and has dealt with some terrible character guys.

I think we can win a SB with him, I think he calls a top shelf 3-4 - but I do think he needs his GM to get him an OL and his GM must have an impact draft - we need a guy who can step in right away somewhere in the secondary; either for Hamlin or Sensabaugh.

Things that must be addressed:

MB3 - is now the 3rd back?
RW - is he now 4th on the chart with Ogletree emerging
The OL - who goes - who gets pushed

Come on now, we haven't seen enough of Ogletree and I'd put RW ahead of Crayton still.

That is part of my frustration. Why havent we seen more of Ogletree? The guy seemed to make plays every time he was on the field.

Other teams have had success giving rookie WRs a chance, Colston, Harvin, D. Jackson, Eddie Royal to name a few in recent years. Why cant we give some of these young guys a chance?

Id rather take my chance with guys like Butler, Jason Williams and Ogletree then guys like Bobby Carpenter and Roy Williams who we know arent producing.
