35, 20, 10, 7 Is Wade's "D" getting better or just a coincidence?

The PPG are coming down in a hurry on the "D" side and the "O" is still as strong as ever. Is Wade's plan starting to work or is it just a coincidence?

Part of it is that we played an anemic offense today. They haven't scored a TD in over 30 possessions.

Having said that, I do think our D is getting better every week.

I think our D is improving. Even though we played a team who haven't scored a TD in 30 possessions, they didn't give up any points. I don't care how bad an NFL team is, shuting a team out is not a easy task.

i actually felt bad for Linehan. He was not taking being dominated like that very well and appeared to be coming out of his skin with his fidgeting. I wanted to tell him its not his fault that his team cannot compete as his entire offensive line was in shambles with all the injuries.

All i have to say is kudos to Joe Juraszek who has to have one of the best conditioned squads in the NFL to put out on the field. Avoiding injuries is done during the offseason and he does onw heck of a job.

If only the special teams hadn't give up the crap TD to Hall, it would've been a sweet shutout. Maybe we'll get one Monday night. On second thought, a victory of any kind will do just fine.

It hasn't hurt that Ellis and Newman have returned to the lineup, although in very limited roles. Ellis' first game in almost a year and he records 1 1/2 sacks in just a handful of plays. Not too shabby.
