So naturally, let's make it about Dak. Five touchdowns and 40 points should be enough to win 99 out of 100 games at this level.

not just 32nd. its the 4th worst defense ever if you project over a season.....yuck

and the scoring is top 10 worst in NFL history.

Sorry, but he was too quick to throw it away…take the damn sack…who says he had to throw it into traffic…duh. He did play a great game, but he really did act as if he didn’t want to take a sack…it was weird.

GB defense is 12th after last night's game. they were top 10.

Why did Dim throw it out of the back of the end zone…why in the hell wouldn’t he run around and see if someone came open…was he afraid that if he was sacked Abrey couldn’t hit from 28 yards??? It was just brain dead to panic and throw it away….casual observer now…don’t care…just saying. Rest well Booger and Chuckles.

sure, but we go with what we have. first three weeks they gave up less than 20 points per game. in fact two games they gave up 13!!! that's insanely good.
even the giants are decent defense.

but I know, we have to knock dallas offense. so that we can knock Dak? just asking.

now, our offense has to be consistent too. they laid and egg against Chicago.....we should have been much better against Eagle if not for 6 drops. even half of those drops would have won the game and offense would have looked different.

Who's knocking Dak?? Love benefitted from play our D. Just like Caleb & Russ. It's only fair to recognize that Dak was benefitting too.

Just don't understand how anyone can watch one D give up 40 & the other give up 38 and folks saying one unit is trash & one is top X. I find it far more likely that the second unit was just now getting exposed.

The good news for GB is that they appear to have a relatively easy schedule and thus they may not be exposed as badly for a lot of their games.

I think when things are the tight, we don't have the RB or OL that can push forward. Williams has no speed to get to the outside. that element is missing.

Williams has been running hard though. I have the confidence he can fall forward for a yard or two.

Yep, I trust the o-line and Javonte to get 5 yards in 4 plays, more than low-percentage pass plays. Shotty got excited, and missed an opportunity to simply pound the rock.

That scenario has been war gamed to death and what Dak did has been determined to be the most prudent thing to do. I laugh when these armchair quarterbacks think they can do better.

Of course the first post game thread is complaining about Dak Prescott after he carried the team all night.

Half the night, they did nothing until second to last drive before half time. 5 min and some change he did something in first half. That 15 sec TD from 15 ysrd line should go to defense as offense wouldn't have been able score again before hakftinevwithout the strip sack.

He's slow isbgge only reason he'd be stripped and also the reason gdbdidnt score when caught from behind by Micah. He had 5 tsrd head start and ran like we've all seen in cement

so 2 points....and you want to take away 7 points because of a turnover, but still the team had to score a TD....

but lets not dump on the defense because they gave up 40 points and couldn't make a single stop when it counted. lets focus over there, hey look, 9 points were easy points so they shouldn't count. it was only, and I mean only 31 points, of which about 17 were just pure luck, so they don't count, so essentially it was just 14 points.

people go way out of their way to knock dak and discredit him. perhaps we want to exclude any drives that are less than 70 yards....wouldn't that be a better measure?

Outside of Lamar Jackson, Justin Fields, K. Murray..... how many other quarterbacks would have outran Parsons?

You're saying it like Dak was walked down by a DT. The better question that you didn't ask is why did the Cowboys have the TE Ferguson blocking Parsons?

But when you get a lunch break, can you please tell me how many quarterbacks outside of Lamar Jackson, Justin Fields, Kyler Murray and other quarterbacks with real foot speed that doesn't get walked down by Parsons on that play? I noticed that you conveniently skipped answering that question....
