5 Mind Blowing Stats!

They pay the best we got the best contracts in the league and fans buy into the money hype must equal talent equation,, thats been the true handicap,, that equation has been a proven failure.
avg joe fan doesnt have a clue about any players contracts. Fand buy into being fans of the Cowboys. Stop making it like Jerry is conning people to steal their money.

I addressed this he’s getting worse what is it 1 since 2018 and that was the famous watermelon kick team coached by the new DC didn’t that team also give up 49 points. Great stat against the scrub teams against the good team it becomes a team stat right. This is the year he needs to shows if he is what you believe he is or the choker he has been the last 5 seasons, I hope he does great but he hasn’t shown it to this point not sure what is going to change to make that happen.

Im not sure Leading the #1 offense in NFL history is getting worse. Sounds more to me like he is getting better. Much better.

Amazing how the team around Dak and Oline, Zeke have gotten worse, yet Dak is getting better. Approaching elite status as a QB no doubt about it.

Much to your dismay and anger. Look how mad you get. :muttley::lmao::lmao2:

The Garrett debacle was the best. What did Jerry say? Something about he didn't want some other team to reap the rewards of all the training he put into Jason. lmao.

More like the investment he made in living through the learning process and all the mistakes Garrett made.

I didnt ask anything about a cap hit.... not a single thing.
I asked a RHETORICAL QUESTION about why the QB makes so much more than everyone ese since football is such a "Team," game. Team game....... bahahahahahhahahahahhahahahahahahhahahahahahahahaha
Lawrence has the highest cap hit on the team...team game.

bahahahahhaahahhahahahaahhahaahahhahah

Dak Prescott 4 years 160 million = 40 million per season
Lawrence 5 year 105 million = 21 million per season

Cap hit? Cap hit? you sittin here tryin to talk about cap hit? really? Cap hit......smh
You know cap hit is salary against your cap right?

And neither is Goff.
For that fact, in their own twisted minds. Neither is Brady. :lmao:
Because Philadelphia and the Rams realize the mistake they made in signing those contracts. . . . Many here used those Contracts as the standard.

So basically those 2 franchises learned and corrected their mistakes . . . meanwhile Jerry didn't pay attention and made the same mistake. . . genius

Oh by the way Wentz maybe representing the AFC in the Super Bowl this year . . . Indianapolis is loaded

quit acting like you don't know this, wins are daks, the loses are the teams. quit acting silly.
Dak is the only quarterback in the NFL that hasn't lost a game. another record for the stats guy.
One of the dumbest posts I've seen on here this year.....

It wasn't that they learned from those mistakes....they realized Wentz and Goff sucked. They realized it before they signed those deals they were just desperate and they traded a lot of draft capital to get them.

I don’t get mad you are to funny to ever get mad at. You keep posting the joke about the number 1 offense in NFL history that never happened , every time someone sees it they know the poster is a Dak apologist, keep the little girl emojis in your posts they really add to it, sad really sad.

Poor Roy.. He'll never be able to pretend to be a Cowboys fan under his user name every again. Almost a 10 year old account down the drain.

I may come off that way, but I always try and back my claims up with numbers to prove it.

A lot of times when I do that the numbers get completely ignored and I can't help that, but I'm a results driven person that like to know where the numbers came from. You can look at a box score and see pretty stats, but how'd they happen? A QB could throw for 400 yards and 4 TDs, but what if he threw 3 weak screen passes that all wen't 90 yards to the house? The box score doesn't show that.

That's why I bring up Dak's big numbers from last year a lot. You have to put them in context. A huge chuck of them came in the 4th quarters after the games were already out of hand.

I want Dak to be good, but I can't pretend he is until he does it when everything isn't going his way. His numbers against teams .500 and above just scare me, because they are not good at all.
Fair enough. It’s prove it time. Not that he hasn’t proved something, but it’s now time to take it to another level and I think he’s prepared for that.

We will see.

So in your mind Dak would have been able to continue that pace had he not cracked at the foundation after 4-1/2 games? Yeah, good luck with holding so tightly to 4-1/2 games of 2020 as if you were looking at your first playboy.

Oh but we have much more than just the record breaking 4 games my angry little USArmyPet, we have has his career mind blowing rankings!! Did you forget them USArmyPet? Here they are again!

1. Third player with 100+ TD passes and 20+ rush TD in first five seasons
Prescott joined Cam Newton and Jeff Garcia as the only players in NFL history to accomplish this feat. Prescott has thrown for 106 touchdown passes while rushing for 24 touchdowns in just 69 games. Newton threw for 117 touchdowns and rushed for 43 in 78 games while Garcia threw for 113 touchdowns and rushed for 71 in 73 games (the numbers for both quarterbacks through their first five seasons).

Prescott and Daunte Culpepper are the only quarterbacks to have 100+ touchdown passes and 20+ rush touchdowns through their first 69 career games (Culpepper played six seasons before accomplishing the feat).

2. Tied for second-most game-winning drives in first four seasons
Prescott had 14 game-winning drives in his first four seasons, tied with Russell Wilson for the second-most in the NFL since 1970 (AFL-NFL merger). Only Matt Ryan (16) has more game-winning drives in his first four seasons than Prescott and Wilson.

Prescott's 15 game-winning drives are the fifth-most in the NFL since 2016 (his rookie season). Drew Brees, Matthew Stafford, and Derek Carr are tied for the most with 18, while Wilson has 16.

3. Tied for most 100+ passer rating games in first four seasons
Prescott and Russell Wilson had 32 games with a 100+ passer rating after their first four seasons in the league, tied for the most by a quarterback in NFL history. Both are significantly ahead of Dan Marino, Ben Roethlisberger, and Joe Flacco -- all of whom had 25 after four years.

Prescott has 34 career games with a 100+ passer rating through his first 69 games, trailing only Aaron Rodgers (42) and Tony Romo (37) for the most in league history.

4. Cowboys are 31-3 when Prescott has a 100+ passer rating
Prescott finishing with a 100+ passer rating nearly makes the Cowboys unbeatable. Dallas is an astonishing 31-3 when Prescott finishes with a 100+ passer rating in his career, as the .912 win percentage is tied for the second-highest (with Russell Wilson) through a player's first 69 games reaching a 100+ passer rating in league history.

Len Dawson had 32 games with a 100+ passer rating through his first 69 games, going 30-2 in those games (.933 win percentage).

5. Sixth-highest touchdown-to-interception ratio in NFL history
Prescott has a 2.65 touchdown-to-interception ratio in his career, the sixth-highest in NFL history among quarterbacks who qualify (1,500 pass attempts). Only Patrick Mahomes (4.75), Aaron Rodgers (4.58), Russell Wilson (3,27), Tom Brady (3.04), and Deshaun Watson (2.89) are ahead of Prescott.

"In his first year, Prescott threw for 13 touchdowns and 4 interceptions against above-.500 teams and compiled a 6-3 record, including the playoffs. Since then, his touchdown-to-interception ratio is 25-25 and his record as a starter is 6-17. Last year, he had an 8/8 TD/INT ratio and the Cowboys went 1-6 against teams with an above-.500 record.

Of course, you may be asking yourself, well, how do other top-paid QBs fair against quality competition? How do Prescott's stats stack up against those in the pay range he's looking to break into? I'm happy you asked.

Against over-.500 teams both in the regular season and the playoffs (when applicable), Aaron Rodgers had a 12/4 ratio and 5-3 record last year. Russell Wilson had an 11/4 ratio and a 4-4 record. Kirk Cousins had a 15/6 ratio and a 3-5 record. Jared Goff's ratio was 6/6 and his record was 2-4. Tom Brady was 6/5 and 3-4.

Patrick Mahomes, Lamar Jackson, and Deshaun Watson, Prescott's QB contemporaries also up for new deals soon, had numbers of 20/4 and 5-2, 10/3 and 5-2 and 12/5 and 4-3, respectively.

While Prescott isn't alone in his struggles against better teams, all of those quarterbacks outside of Goff were better than Prescott against elite competition last year. For the quarterbacks around his same age and stature (yes, Mahomes and Jackson are MVPs, but you get it), Prescott isn't even in the same ballpark."

I can post stats too! :muttley::muttley:

We will see.

You mean throw for 470 yards per game and score 40 points a game as opposed to only 370 yards a game and 32 points per game he was doing before he got hurt?

Its the defense that needs to catch up to the offense at this point. Maybe Zeke can stop fumbling the ball and average more than 4 yards a carry and 6 TD's. That would certainly help.

Dak had 3 fumbles in 4 games. Zeke had 6 in 15 games.

You do the math on that one.

Yeah, I saw those meaningless stats when you posted them in your other moronic "I Love Dak" thread. Do yourself and everyone else a favor and stop with the idiotic Dak love threads.....I am sure your right hand would appreciate the break.

They are only meaningless to a angry little troll like you USArmyPet. Most devoted Cowboys fans would be happy to hear they have such a talented QB. And seeing as this is a Cowboys fan forum, maybe this isnt the place for you?

Maybe a more male only site would be better for such a angry little XarmyPet like you. You seem to like referencing male body parts. Too much time in the military probably. :muttley:
