5 Mind Blowing Stats!

Same as us?
Exactly my point. Why on earth would someone knock DAk but boost up Tannenhill is just....well I know what it is lol. Its clear there's a agenda there...I could literally name any quarterback and he'd have argument for why that guy is better so it is what it is.

Says the guy that knocks Romo and Aikman to boost Dak up lol

Only thing members can't handle is your Dak loving stupidity.

Is it stupid to like your great young QB or hate him?

You arent even a Cowboys fan. Nothing but a pathetic Cowboy hating troll. We dont need fans like you. Get lost little pet!:yourock::oldcouple:

Says the guy that boosts up Tannehil to hate on Dak. LOL

One of your best conclusions ever has to be your line yesterday.

"Tannehil is great because he knows his role handing the ball off to Henry that is the REAL engine of the team"

:lmao2::lmao2::lmao::lmao::lmao:

I may come off that way, but I always try and back my claims up with numbers to prove it.

A lot of times when I do that the numbers get completely ignored and I can't help that, but I'm a results driven person that like to know where the numbers came from. You can look at a box score and see pretty stats, but how'd they happen? A QB could throw for 400 yards and 4 TDs, but what if he threw 3 weak screen passes that all wen't 90 yards to the house? The box score doesn't show that.

That's why I bring up Dak's big numbers from last year a lot. You have to put them in context. A huge chuck of them came in the 4th quarters after the games were already out of hand.

I want Dak to be good, but I can't pretend he is until he does it when everything isn't going his way. His numbers against teams .500 and above just scare me, because they are not good at all.

What numbers do you have to prove Dak sucks? You dont have any.

Throwing up recent Team win loss record is weak like the rest of your garbage.

When did I knock Aikman? Romo is irrelevant to the discussion. He and Dak share the same accomplishments....Aikman is a SB champion...you're clearly confusing me with someone else....what's new though.
Birds of a feather flock together, no?

Well, that’s the debate. And it’s healthy and reasonable.

Maybe you’re being unfairly lumped in with many who suspend facts in their debate.

His record as a starter compared to his peers over the same period says he is better than your 11 ranking.
Many said that record was because of the team and that his low numbers (yards, rating, etc) proves that.

So the last couple of years he’s put up some pretty good numbers and some discount that too.

Sorry if you’re being labeled a hater, but in many threads I see you taking the same position so I’d guess the label is likely to stick. I think it’s fair to conclude you’re ok with that.
HE enjoys his hater label...

Here’s another mind blowing stat that is in another thread that a fan started. 5-13 against better teams 20 points a game 24 turn overs the last 3 Dak seasons. Hopefully the D can hold teams to less than 17 points a game but after seeing those 9 and 12 point Dak games not sure that will do. Going to be a great season can’t wait Dak and Jerry says this team is special and has championship written all over it.

Check out this MIND BLOWING stuff:

"In his first year, Prescott threw for 13 touchdowns and 4 interceptions against above-.500 teams and compiled a 6-3 record, including the playoffs. Since then, his touchdown-to-interception ratio is 25-25 and his record as a starter is 6-17. Last year, he had an 8/8 TD/INT ratio and the Cowboys went 1-6 against teams with an above-.500 record.

Of course, you may be asking yourself, well, how do other top-paid QBs fair against quality competition? How do Prescott's stats stack up against those in the pay range he's looking to break into? I'm happy you asked.

Against over-.500 teams both in the regular season and the playoffs (when applicable), Aaron Rodgers had a 12/4 ratio and 5-3 record last year. Russell Wilson had an 11/4 ratio and a 4-4 record. Kirk Cousins had a 15/6 ratio and a 3-5 record. Jared Goff's ratio was 6/6 and his record was 2-4. Tom Brady was 6/5 and 3-4.

Patrick Mahomes, Lamar Jackson, and Deshaun Watson, Prescott's QB contemporaries also up for new deals soon, had numbers of 20/4 and 5-2, 10/3 and 5-2 and 12/5 and 4-3, respectively.

While Prescott isn't alone in his struggles against better teams, all of those quarterbacks outside of Goff were better than Prescott against elite competition last year. For the quarterbacks around his same age and stature (yes, Mahomes and Jackson are MVPs, but you get it), Prescott isn't even in the same ballpark."

Yikes....

That's too much work, but my sources say that Dak does do very well when we are down 20 and our opponents have gone into prevent defense.
I see it differently. I see it not quitting. Taking every advantage another team gives you. I call it momentum swing. I called the other team losing the ball game because they quit and we didn’t

And why do you suspect. Prescott went down after the first rookie season. Nothing to do with Elliot being in turmoil. Nothing to do with losing half you’re starting Offense. Nothing to do with starting every drive inside your own side of the field. If he did it once he can do it again . And then you ask how does he do against all the quarterbacks. Russell Wilson for instance. We own him in the playoffs. And isn’t that what you said is most important. Anything else I need to explain to you. If you would like clarified

Sounds like a lot of excuses to me...

Let’s see how he does against your Patrick this season.
