Yes, several threads confirm that IF he has to have surgery he would likely be out 6 weeks. If...

Assuming Jones doesn't get suspended. If he does this makes that depth not quite as good. We'll have to see how it all plays out.

To an earlier reply in this thread regarding now as being the soft spot in the schedule... at the moment every week is enough of a challenge.

Arizona is a far superior opponent than Cincy, and they are tough at home.

Fortunately the secondary was a primary focus this offseason, or these concerns would be magnified.

Reps will improve Jenkins, Scandricks game at a much more accellerated rate,
and thats why they are in place.
