Strengths: Possesses great speed plays and a mean streak. Holds onto passes after big hits. Is not afraid to go over the middle. Has good experience returning kicks, and could be of value as a kick coverage guy, too. Never stops hustling.
Weaknesses: Lacks elite size, and needs more experience at wide receiver. Doesn't explode out of cuts, and must improve route-running skills. Lacks good change-of-direction skills. Is not elusive, and takes awhile to accelerate.
Bottom line: Roby is a good developmental receiver prospect who can make an impact on special teams. Speed is his one outstanding attribute and should make him a valuable late-Day 2 option.
