College football: A&M sends more copies of VIP e-mail to the NCAA

San Antonio Express-News[/SIZE] COLLEGE STATION — Texas A&M has sent recently discovered copies of football coach Dennis Franchione's VIP Connection to the NCAA, an A&M spokesman said Wednesday.
Franchione's covert newsletter, uncovered by the Express-News in September, offered select boosters injury information and sometimes-candid assessments of players for $1,200 annually.
A&M athletics spokesman Alan Cannon said the university plans to release the additional VIP Connections to the public, but wasn't certain when that will be. He said he didn't know how many more were found.
