Eagle fans turned on Reid and McFlabb. Murray doesn't have a chance if he doesn't produce.
Heck, they turned on Santy Claus.....

Most of these guys don't just take care of their immediate families but their extended families, too. And they don't do it just while they're in the league they do it long after they've retired and moved on.
It is a lot of money but not as much as you would think.
My question is not why did DeMarco do this? Why did the Eagles do this? They could have kept McCoy for less and their offense is not a run oriented offense in the first place. Someone shed some light on their strategy here? Just seems like way to much money on a RB.
He produced in Dallas and still some turned on the guy.
Addition by subtraction....They subtracted the leading rusher and MVP from the division champ..
Riding home today and was listening to Grant Napier from Sacramento. He always does a rant in the beginning of his show about a topic. He is a huge Giants fan and his rant today was on Murray's press conference. He said that if Murray wanted to win a Super Bowl, he would have gone to Seattle, Patriots , or the Steelers who have won it before. Said that wait until Murray fumbles and the Eagles fans start to boo him; then he might think twice about him saying they are great fans. If Murray wanted a championship and be a top runner, he should have stayed in Dallas with that OL. He understood that he was providing for his family and had to take the best contract. It is just interesting how a staunch Giant fan view the signing and what Murray has to say about jumping ship.
Jesus, it's like he doesn't even know the Seahawks re-signed Lynch, the Steelers have Bell, and the Patriots would never fork money for a RB.
Grants my local basketball guy. He can be a bit much at times and his strong suit is basketball but i get what he's saying. It's kinda rediculous that Murray tries to say it's not about the money, it's about winning a title. it absolutely is about the money otherwise he would have took our offer. We give him the best shot at a title. So cool he got paid but don't try to be like its not about the money when that was absolutely the deciding factor. I don't even think he truly believes the Eagles give him a better shot at a title over us.
For Antonio Cromartie, he literally is.
When people say feed there family they are talking generations not just 2015 lol.
Can we please stop the providing for his family nonsense? Did this guy impregnate Kansas? We're talking millions of dollars here either way.
Has that been confirmed?

It's simple really. They make as many excuses as possible to downplay how important Murray was to the team's success last year so they can spin something positive out of his departure. Anyone who says that Murray leaving is no big deal and that he was just a product of the system is deluding themselves. Yes, there is a lot that can be done during the rest of the off-season to mitigate his departure but pretending like the team is somehow better off after losing the reigning OPoY smacks of foolishness.
The offensive line is very good but it isn't the only reason the run game was as good as it was. Murray had something to do with it as well. Romo, Murray, Dez and the offensive line carried this team to it's best season in half a decade. They complimented each other extremely well. They helped keep a weak defense off the field.
I'll hold out hope that Jerry and company have a plan but as of right now this team isn't as good as it was last year. Period. That means they are further away from a potential Lombardi Trophy. Who cares how much money they save if they don't reach the Super Bowl?
Which is why the Patriots have won the most super bowls this century. I hate to see Murray go but you can't spend too big of a % of the cap on a RB. You need to field a team of good players. You can't do that and pay huge money to 3-4 guys.
