There's nobody like this guy. I have heard and read the most absolutely disturbing things imaginable about Haley and his locker-room exploits. Things that just won't compute. (I won't detail here, but you can do the research.) As loose cannons go, Charles was put together with nuts and no bolts.

Here's hoping somebody is helping him write that speech, because if his emotions get carried away, there's just no telling.....

I rented a storage space here in Dallas and I got to know the couple that run it and live there. They told me a story about Haley who also rented from them. They had gotten to know him and he would spend time talking to them when he was there. One time they were leaving to go pick up family from the airport. They had an old pickup truck. Haley gave them the keys to his Escalade and insisted that they take it and and he drove off in their old PU and returned a few days later.
