A show of hands, blokes, who thinks Romo can play 16, 12 or 10 games?

Romo is on borrowed time , but fans want to wait to he retires to get his replacement. That is great planning.

No they don't. They really don't want to overpay for his replacement. Some aren't buying this years crop. Some say all would be behind the two from last year. That doesn't sound like a player you take at 4.

Ultimately, it really doesn't matter what any of us think. If there's a QB in this year's draft that they have rated high enough to take at #4, they absolutely have to take him. We've been putting off the most important position in sports for way too long.

Yeah, some are saying that Wentz and a off are just as good as last year's top QBs. If the scouts think they can replace Romo, it would be foolish to pass.

It's all possible; he could easily play all 16 games +

He could also get hurt in preseason and never play another game...that's pretty much true of Dez, Tyron, any player.
We have a very good OL, so if he's smart with the ball and reads the blitz, he may have a huge year, or we may be hoping he retires. :)

I don't believe Dez, Tyron, etc. are looking at 36, chronic collaritis, a bad back and 50 million reasons to retire, old fellow.

The alternative plan being wait until we return to quarterback limbo and suck for years before picking up our guy.
