I'd rather a game like today, than the 44-6 Philadelphia debacle last year

it seems like if we aren't in close division games, we are getting blown out in them, so today was a good result

so your ultimate point is that todays win is going to lead to a 44-6 loss at the end of the season?

Good defenses beat up offenses and make it hard. If the offense makes their own mistakes on top of that it makes for a tough day. that is what happened today.

tough game and they did enough at the end to win.

All we ever hear about is how Dallas cant take a punch and keep playing, well they did again today. Yet now it turns into we suck for a different reason.

If you think we are now going to lose the rest of our games and get blown out, thats fine. Good for you.

Umm, my ultimate point is that the offense has gone from great to terrible every year now since Garrett has gotten here and it hasn't gotten fixed. I am not asking for a 30 burger every week, just competent offense. We didn't get that today and we didn't get it last week. Seems like the same old script again. I hope it turns out differently. Can you really blame me for being pessimistic after the last two weeks and what this team has done for 2-3 years in a row now?

Can you prove that it won't?

Care to explain yourself, rather than just hurl insults. I know you live in Germantown, but I wouldn't do too much gloating tomorrow, it was a pitiful performance by both offenses.
Mansta54 can do all the gloating he wants. Lord knows Deadskin fans would be whooping it up after a 1-point victory over Dallas.

Yes it was ugly yes several of us are mad...these games are always close with our most hated rival!! Stand tall and be proud they came through on both sides of the ball when it mattered most!! Go Boyz!!

Nope I am afraid not. I am officially marking this down as a loss. Hopefully it won't keep the Cowboys out of the playoffs.

Way to focus on that, rather than the unprovoked insult.......

A win is definitely a win! I'll take it.

Too bad we could not lose in style like the Bengals, Broncos, Steelers, Ravens, and Falcons. All teams that are fighting for the post season and lost important games today.

I don't care if we win because of a safety and the final score is 2-0, I will never complain about 8-3.

Absolutely, I'll take an ugly win any day of the week. Apparently we need style points with our wins...pffff!!!
7-6 over the Deadskins is beautiful. Division W and their fans probably more ticked off than ever.

Can't believe some on here are dumb enough to look past the raiders no matter how bad they have looked. They beat the bengals and they also beat the egals for those who forgot. KC beat the stealers today folks. KANSAS CITY.

Maybe these teams were looking past those sorry NFL teams too.

Add the Denver skins game to the list and that further makes the point that we should just be happy with the win. I am sure each of those teams would have preferred to win with a performance like ours than to come away with loss like they did.

Fans are too used to Madden.

They expect blowouts every game.

But it is very difficult to play football at the professional level. Even though teams may be "bad" like the Browns, they are still some of the best in the business, which means on any Sunday, a "better" team can be beaten.

Then consider the emotional factor of the game, that you have to be not only physically right but mentally EVERY SUNDAY.

A win is a win, especially when you're talking about an arch rival that knows you.

I'm satisfied with 7-6 - even though my fantasy team which has Miles Austin, Tony Romo and Felix Jones isn't. :(

True as long as they know (I think they do) that they can't continue to play this way. We have had back to back stinkers and need to get back to putting up points as we were before these past 2 games.

I agree the season is all about making adjustments and on the bright side it is still November and not December. The last two games were like "decemberesque" in recent years past. Maybe this is just another sign the tide has turned. If they win Thursday they have 10 days to right the ship cause some shootouts are on the radar...NYNats...Chumpers....Aints...Go Boyz!!

I've been a bit critical of our offense as of late, but I'm willing to overlook their performance this time. Romo, after all, did take a knee to the back in the first quarter, played in pain the rest of the game, and needed a pain killing shot because of it. I'm sure that affected his accuracy. It had to.
