In both the past and present, Seastrunk has had problems in the area of pass protection. Unfortunately for him, the Cowboys place a high premium on that particular skill, even though he excels in his running ability. As has been noted in the past, that deficiency alone makes him a longshot to survive the final cuts.

And I don't blame the Cowboys for valuing pass protection very high. I'd hate it if we had a guy whose sole job was to run the football, because then it would be very obvious that it's a running play. They'd rather have an average/good "complete" back who can catch, block, and run rather than a great "runner".

Lol. I left myself wide open for that one.

But actually I think they would sign someone off the street before this guy makes the team.

I'm not so sure. He is VERY fast. If he can keep the negative runs down and take what this oline gives him, he might be ok. The light can come on at any time and the kid does have talent.

I would agree that "Leche" has talent to play in the NFL. As a Baylor grad and season ticket holder, I watched him play his entire career.

The reason I think he may not make the team: he has taken on the attitude a lot of recent Baylor athletes have taken; the is entitled to opportunities because he is an athlete.

I do not think he will work hard enough to improve his overall skill set so I do not think he makes the roster. He may make the PS, though.

I was listening to the radio yesterday, The Fan, and it was mentioned that his problem is the playbook. He can not learn his assignments and is usually lost out there. That cost him a roster spot last year in Washington. He has as much, if not more talent than Dunbar, but he never had a playbook at Baylor.
