This makes me extremely happy! This young man does it the right way. All out effort.
Yeah, I'm glad to see it too, but in my mind, the Cowboys were already interested in Donald. I mean... why would they not be. He is perfect for the 3-tech spot, has crazy production, crazy athleticism, and is a RKG on and off the field. Hell, his only negative (a little small) isn't even a negative in Dallas.
No, what is standing in the way of Donald being a Cowboy isn't any lack of interest out of Dallas... but those teams that pick between 11 and 15.
I still say there is a chance Dallas moves up a few spots to insure they get him.
Yeah I think NYG's and Chicago could be the biggest threats.
Not chicago. Mel tucker who coached under Del Rio is moving towards a Denver style defense. They signed Allen Willie Young and Houston. On regular downs houston and allen are the DEs. Passing downs Houston will slide inside and Young will come in. Chicago will be looking for DTs like Denver has. Just big power guys that can control the line.
The Tampa 2 is done in chicago.
NYG or ST. Louis are the only 2 teams I could see taking him before us.
And now I have achieved nirvana...
I wouldn't count out Chicago.
I expect you to be at the airport to greet him.

Not a popular opinion, but it wouldn't cost that much to move from 16 to 11 with Tenn and insure we get Donald.
5 years from now we would have one of the best DT in the league (IMO) and the pick we traded will be long forgotten. It would be well worth it to me.

Del Rio may not play Tampa 2 but he plays the 4-3 Over which still relies on a one gapping play making disruptor at DT.
