I think it's kind of crazy when you look at the draft and what fans are clamoring with around here get Ashton Jeanty at all cost ,they did this with Kyle Pitts, Abdul Carter's going to be the next Micah Parsons, you can't miss on him trade up trade up trade up...
Now when you get to look back at it with some perspective and real facts not all rookies are ready for the NFL, no matter what kind of pedigree they have in college.
I'm sure Abdul Carter will get it turned around but he was supposed to be the next 11 and well his rookie year is not going that way and I'm not sure if it's because there's a log jam of players on that giant's team that do the same thing along the defensive line.
For whatever reason he didn't feel he's getting enough snaps he feels left out who knows he's definitely not motivated.
I don't think they would trade him what is his worth now if they did, would the Cowboys be interested? I don't know ,But that's why you can't fall in love with what they do in college only without perspective on where they're going how they're going to be utilized et cetera etc etera..
Always seems to be two to three players in the top 10 that don't live up to the hype at least not early on....
When you look at this if you just compare the situations and where they were picked EZE right there alongside him as rookie numbers go, and the cowboys got better value.. Think about this look at what our rookie had to do with that scheme in that early defensive coordinator with the lack of creative pressure the IT was just really bad if he was on another team I think he would easily have 7SACKS this year..
If you go back and look he's being held as much as Parsons was held he's that quick and they're not being called they could have called at least three in the Chiefs game and didn't do it so I think we got to better deal..
You could use another guy on the other side you never know..
