? About how teams played us w/ MB3 vs JJ in the backfield.

Just wondering since I am in NY and don't get to see many Cowboys games. Were teams playing us different w/ MB3 in the backfield compared to how they played us w/ JJ in the backfield? In other words, were they bringing an extra man up to stop the run like they were starting to do w/ JJ? Just wondering if getting JJ back will have any effect on how teams have been playing us on defense.

I didn't notice any difference, but there might've been and I just missed it. I don't have TiVo, so I didn't record it.
