Our Dallas Cowboys are chosen along with the Pats as two playoff teams from last year to hit a sharp decline this year.

Regarding the RBs, Skip of course has an incredible amount of faith in Randle. He sees Randle stepping easily from a 5-10 carry per game RB to someone that can carry 20 times.

Stephen A feels the Cowboys are an accident waiting to happen. He endorses Joyner's view of both teams and harper on what he considers a problem at RB that we didn't address.

That said, when challenged, Stephen A did admit that he sees us winning the NFCE.

My take?

If our team was considered a 10 piece pie, I feel as though 9 of those 10 pieces are rock solid incredible for the pallette. That once piece though... I feel it has the potential to speak loudly over the course of a grueling season. There are so many questions around that once piece that have been bolstered with early injuries. If we can somehow salvage our early plan at RB by swallowing our pride and going out there to get a proven back to compliment the potential in Randle, we very well may be hitting the chat room well into that first week of February.

Im interested to hear Joyners logic as most of his opinions are based on metrics. Or has he gone full Talking Head?

He's saying that the running game won't be able to protect the secondary. But he also says that the team will face top Wide Receivers and included Carolina and Philadelphia in that group so I think some of his formulas might be off.

And btw, he picked the Cowboys to make the playoffs last season and picked them to win the Superbowl before the playoffs started. Just FYI.

He also applauded their decision to not reup Murray while crediting Philly for signing him so he looks like a typical ESPN clickbaiter at times.

Could be two factors...

Everyone in that division has improved. Buffalo has a lot going for it on both sides of the ball- except at QB.

Miami has put together a decent team and the have a QB with better potential than anything Buffalo has.

And the Jets still have a very good front 7.

You combine all that with Brady missing at least as couple games-- yeah I can see them declining.
