Just took below article off DC.com and it identifies the Cowboys players who've made the pro bowl. Sounds like the Cowboys and probably the other 31 teams already know the results but those resuls won't be known publicly until NFL announces it.

IRVING, Texas - With the Cowboys aiming for a potential Super Bowl appearance, it's only fitting the club has the most Pro Bowl players since the 1990s dynasty.

The Cowboys will send a franchise-record tying 11 players to Hawaii, including seven starters - offensive linemen Flozell Adams, Leonard Davis and Andre Gurode; tight end Jason Witten; wide receiver Terrell Owens; outside linebacker DeMarcus Ware; and kicker Nick Folk, the first Cowboys rookie since 1990 to make the NFC squad.

Other selections include quarterback Tony Romo, running back Marion Barber, safety Ken Hamlin and cornerback Terence Newman.

Safety Roy Williams did not make the NFC squad, snapping his four-year streak of Pro Bowl selections. Williams also received a one-game NFL suspension for Sunday's illegal "horse-collar" tackle, though Pro Bowl voting had ended last week.

Linebacker Greg Ellis also was a notable ommission. The 10th-year veteran, who leads the Cowboys with 11.5 sacks in 11 games, still has yet to make the Pro Bowl.

The AFC and NFC squads officially will be announced at 3 p.m. (CST) on a special selection show on NFL Network. The Cowboys' offensive selections come as no surprise, considering the unit ranks second in scoring (30.6) and total offense (378.5) through 14 games. Romo owns the NFC's highest passer rating (101.0) with 3,868 yards, 35 touchdowns and 17 interceptions. Witten leads all receivers with a career-high 88 catches for 1,068 yards, making him just the 13th tight end in league history to top 1,000 yards. And Owens is having perhaps the best overall season of his 13-year career. He leads the conference with 1,307 receiving yards and 14 touchdowns.

Too bad Ellis didn't make it.

Barber.

Wow.

Can we now sit Julius and see what our Pro Bowl running back looks like with 25 carries in a game?

Please?

We have to sign Hamlin to a long term contract in the offseason. Hes done a pretty dang good job.

Hamlin going? Hmmm...

It is only appropriate that our best playmaking safety goes to Hawaii.

Hamlin's price tag has now gone up. Wonder what type of contract he's going to be looking for...

I doubt that happens.

We will probably reduce his role even more.

The last thing we want to do is give Drew Rosenhaus even more to work with.

what is it with you and safeties?

I think Hamlin has been better than Roy this year. So if one of them was to go, I would have picked Ham.

Really though what we are seeing is that Ham got Taylor's spot.

I agree with all of them, however I am disappointed Ellis did not make the squad.

Why is it funny Williams isn't going?

Because oh-so-many of the Roy apologists threw out his Pro-Bowls as a sure sign of his greatness, and now they don't have that excuse anymore either.

But wait, isn't he leading the team in tackles? LOL

Stats, schmats.

Instead of LEADING fan voting, his peers - coaches/players - didn't deem him worthy. Guess they're haters too.

So now, can we focus on the REAL players on this team? Congrats to the electees.

Nice. It's funny that our Pro Bowl RB doesn't even start on his own team.

With Romo a little banged up, it's time to see what Barber does with 15-20 carries.

How is it that Roy Williams isn't going to the Pro-Bowl? Wasn't he the leading vote getter after Sean Taylor? Did they give the spot to Taylor anyway in some sort of tribute gesture? Harumph!

That said, I am very excited to have 11 players going. Would have liked to see Ellis in there as well though.

We gotta remember that the fans votes count for only 1/3 of the total with the players and coaching staffs each counting a 1/3 as well. It would seem both the NFL players and a lot of coaches also think highly of a lot of the Cowboy players -- 7 starters and Romo backs up Favre. Wonder if Favre changes his mind this time and attends the pro bowl. In the past he's stated he was glad he wasn't going, but now that he's got the most votes gotta wonder if he changes his mind just to ensure that Romo doesn't start in his place.
