Aside from this very embarresing loss to Detroit, which really didn't mean much, I am just waiting and wondering WHEN the Cowboys coaching staff will make some adjustments, ESPECIALLY on the defensive side???

We need to make some tweeks and changes on reads on the offensive side as well, but I don't see that as being the biggest problem right now... our offense can drive the field on just about every team in the league and put up enough points to give us a win (it seems, well, except against the eaGALS in our last game against them).

But on defense we seem to not be able to stop ANY TEAM on 3rd down! Whether the "blue print" on how to destoy our defense is out there, especially after the Saints showed the league how to do this to us, the Cowboys coaching staff NEEDS to change some things up and HAVE to find a way to PRESSURE the opposing QB's. Until this 1st step occurs, we will probably lose against almost any team in the NFL, no question to the Seahawks this Saturday.

It just annoys me that the Cowboys defensive coaches have not come up with anything to combat our pass rush and pass coverage weaknesses... maybe there is nothing they can do and this would be very sad and dissapointing - if they haven't been able to do it the past 4 weeks, then things will probably NOT change for this upcoming playoff game :(

Good luck for the Cowboys this week, because it seems like we will REALLY need it... at least we made the playoffs this season, right? :(

We had about 6 or 7 sacks yesterday, it's all a coverage issue now..

I disagree... the Lions have a weak all around team (except for maybe WRs) so their O-Line just didn't hold up that well because we haven't put ANY pressure on hardly ANY QBs this season. Most of the sacks we had against the Lions were coverage sacks, not QB pressure sacks... the others were because of a breakdown in picking up a block or the blitz or just plain missed blocks by the Lions O-Line.

Any other comments about adjustments from our coaching staff???
