RBs should get a rest, especially workhorse RBs. There is no need to pound on them all week. Let them hang out in film study and the training room working out those knots and bruises. Allow them to do light walkthroughs and stuff, but nothing strenuous. Afterall, these guys take more of a pounding than any offensive player.....unless you were David Carr behind that Texans OL....

Peterson will be just fine.
