and it's never tasted so GOOD. I was dead wrong and freely admit it. Never been so glad to be wrong in my life. He looks very much like the real deal and I don't see it changing any time soon with Zeke rumbling up and down the field. Our Oline was ENERGIZED blocking for Zeke and Dak today. Just obliterated that Cinci front 7. I love Romo btw, but this is business. Dak should be the QB the rest of the way IMHO.

There is hope at CZ...

I still believe this team needs Romo. Somewhere down the line, we are going to run into a team who jumps out to a lead and is going to stop our running game. Dak has done a great job...but the offense is limited with him. Romo will be able to do what Dak does AND open up a whole new aspect of the offense.
.

SF jumped out to a big lead and Dak needed to lead a comeback vs the skins but nevermind that. The biggest fallacy here is that Romo does everything Dak does ... then you just ADD Romo's fancy stats, experience and gunslinging? Romo certainly has a far better understanding of the game than Dak right now but let's not dismiss what Dak is bringing and assume Tony does all the same things.

Well it's been five games but point taken....unless you had your crow last week!
Dak is making believes out us all

My bad...had a few beers this afternoon and mis-typed. Meant to say "4 wins". I'm watching the Giants?Pack game btw and GBay is very beatable IMO. Looks like Lacy just went out hurt too.

Thank god you are not a scout for us. Told everyone in preseason I haven't seen a rookie quarterback do things he was doing. It was very easy to see this kid was the real deal.

I've been seeing a lot of crow eating on Dak.......I don't get how or why you guys are? What did you think Dak would be? Did you think he wouldn't at least be a solid backup?

Myself I wanted Wentz or Elliott with the 1st pick. When we got Dak in the 4th, all the reports I read on him were good. Just that he didn't have much experience behnd center. Other than that, he had all the tools. I was hoping he would take the backup job from Kellen Moore. Don't know why anyone would be down on him or wanted to see more of Dak to say he can play in this league. After preseason, it was obvious he could play.

Of course what Dak brings other then his undeniable skill set is a lazer beam will to win backed by a physicality not matched by Romo. Dak will lag behind in experiential knowledge and instincts but It's not for all that long. The team likes Romo but IMO the team follows Dak.

San Fran's defense is terrible. I'm talking about a legit contender with a defense that can stop our running game.

I like Dak, but there's a long road ahead before I say he's the next franchise QB. I'll wait till the job is his full time. And he has more than 4 games under his belt. Many stumble their sophomore season.

Like Cincinnati? Their front seven is very solid. They hadn't given up a single TD until yesterday. Sometimes we need to stop waiting for THAT game to say "ahhh ok.. THAT'S the game I was looking for".. it's a little frustrating.. I get a wait and see approach but why not support and applaud not just Dak but the entire team at this point? Every team faces obstacles and challenges. I just don't get your angle.

I was on the "start Romo once he's healthy" bandwagon, and now I'm on the fence. I was always a big Prescott fan, I was just worried teams would start to take away what he does best after getting a lot of film on him.

Now that's clearly a case of me overthinking the situation. Prescott is the future here. I'll decide for sure after the Packers game if I think the future should be now.

That's kinda where I'm at now. You can't find a bigger Romo homer than me and I was 100% start Romo when he's healthy, but man, Dak has made me back off that view. I'm 50/50 at this point and a good showing in Green Bay, I might jump on the "don't mess with a good thing" bandwagon.

You don't take a chance on destroying the camaraderie the spirit and the confidence this team hasn't seen in years, and it's only going to grow stronger

At some point if Dak hits a wall then you can bring Romo in and give him a shot but in my opinion it's over for Tony give him a chance to go play somewhere else.
Dak is Neo
