I know we don’t know each other in “real life”. But after all the recent passings of great Zoners, I feel I want to say this. Some of us have fought like enemies here for nearly 20 years. Some intense and some funny. I’ve even been benched a handful of times during some of these heated discussions. In “real life” none of it matters. Nothing I say is really personal and I’m sorry if it’s ever crossed the line.
We are all Cowboys bros (and few sis), and if truth be told, regardless of how we think we should get there, 98% of us want the exact same thing. I hope and pray for all of your health and safety, and a very long life for you and your family.

Well I'm touched...at least my mom says I am.

This is a very good message, and in these days of division nationwide, an important one. A lot of people need to learn how to have a different opinion, without spewing vitriol. If someone doesn't see things the same way you do, it's not personal, and they're not trying to insult you by thinking differently.

There's a phrase that goes "God blessed us with two ears and one mouth because he knew which one was more important." Listening to others is more important than speaking over them. Disagreement is fine and valuable in debate - it generally leads to people becoming more educated and open to other points of view. Insults directed at someone because of sharing a different point of view than you is destructive rather than constructive, and sadly is emblematic of our society today. I share your sentiments - enjoy the community and the interactions/discourse, but strongly dislike the Jones family and their stewardship of the Cowboys.

I am one of the longest tenured and original members here.

I don’t browse as much as I used to though because of the Jones Family cancer that has terminally infested our team. We will not win a championship again until they rid themselves from our team.

With that said, which members have passed away recently? I probably missed it.

Well, the most recent one I know of is Couchcoach, but that was over a year ago.
