They did "dominate us" - Them not scoring a lot on offense DOES NOT take away that they completely dismantled our "great offense", made Dak look like poo poo, Elliott was also ineffective despite his stats, receivers couldn't do a thing.

Them playing mediocre on offense is typical Giants. They don't have a great offense, they have an okay offense. In our two games against them, we had a total of 26 points scored, 19 of them in one game.

Yes they "Dominated" us and physically beat us down. Good defense generally beats a good offense.

I don't see dominating there. Dominating is your offense scoring a lot of points and defense holding to minimal points. I don't think playing one part of the game well = dominating, I believe it's playing ALL aspects well.

Besides, our defense did the same thing to their offense that last game.

Do you really think they will play Romo now? Dak Has the best rookie QB season ever, there is no justification for benching him and you know Garrett won't do it.
But...but ...but Sir Jerry is mercurial!!!!

Can never rule the Giants out their defense always steps up in the playoffs. They have a knack for containing high-powered offenses. They didn't mail it in last week like we did and are heading into the playoffs with momentum. Despite them beating us twice this season you have some on this board who still think we'll walk all over them if we meet up in the playoffs. This has more of an 07 feel to it every day.

Again, where did they DOMINATE US?

In those 2 games...

GIANTS OFFENSE
576 yds

GIANTS DEFENSE
3 sacks, 2 int, 1 fumble recovered

COWBOY OFFENSE
588 yds

COWBOYS DEFENSE
4 sacks, 1 int, 2 fumbles recovered

Read my post again. I'm done holding hands here. Take your time.

4th "one and done" for NY in Eli-era.
Despite what some around here think, he lays eggs plenty of the time in the playoffs and usually doesn't get there at all.
But it has been total feast or total famine.

7 years of no playoffs at all
3 first round exits, one and dones, with terrible QB play
2 run-the-table SBs--which erases alot of sins

And read my post again. You said they dominated, and physically beat us down. They didn't dominate us, and didn't beat us down. In the 2nd game, Dak was terrible in the cold weather with his throws off. I'm done holding hands here. Take your time. All you have is your own fantasy world to live in.

I'm not a believer in the Giants, not this year. Their team will be figured out and slaughtered in the playoffs.

They DID "physically beat us down" - Yet again, watch the games.

You attempting to put up yards allowed and turnovers. You cut out all context. In game one, they dominated our great line. This was talked about and even the O-line wanted to prove themselves against the Commanders the following week.

We dominated the Seahawks in 2014. Our O-line wore down their D throughout the game allowing us to put up points near the end. We haven't done this to the Giants. They have beat us with blitzes, confused us on offense, shut down our receivers, and made our running game ineffective.

You are trying to make this about points. You are using raw statistics to push a narrative. You watched the games, you were there just like the rest of us and you saw how it went down. Us keeping the Giants to 10 points was not an accomplishment, they are not an offensive juggernaut. Them keeping us to 7 points WAS an accomplishment for them. Show me another game this season we were so out of sync. Go ahead and find the game.

They physically beat our team down. Now you can go ahead and attempt to prove their D didn't get the best of our "great offense" that was putting up big points on nearly every opponent.

We go dominated while our D kept an already mediocre offense in check.

Show me WHERE in the stats for both games THEY dominated us? Their offense/defense vs our offense/defense. You won't show me anything in that to dispute me. Go ahead, show me something where it is obvious they dominated us..

LOL the score ALONE shows this. The team with the #1 ranked rushing offense in the league that averaged what, 29 points a game put up 7 points in 4 quarters. How did our receivers look? Let's check this out..

Witten - 26 yards
Bryant - 10 yards (Nearly same output in his first game)
Williams - 76 yards (31 of those came in the first quarter on a blown coverage)
Beasley - 41 yards (18 of which came on one catch)

Dak, in both games combined, has an average rating of 58
Dez had 14 targets, caught 2

This doesn't account for the hurries and the confusion blitzes caused Dez

We were physically beat down. NEXT!

In your fantasy, delusional world. You KEEP referring to the game in NY. I TOLD you, Dak's throws were off because of the wet ball and playing in the cold with no long sleeves or gloves. You ignore that over and over. It wasn't THEIR defense that dominated us in that game, it was Dak not being Dak.

LOL they were off due to the wet ball? Oh really, was that the same problem he had with Philly when he was off-target due to blitzing? Get a grip, stop with the lame excuses. "Wet ball" - Good thing we now know Dak will suck it up in every bad weather game...because the balls will be slick.

LOL No, it wasn't their D. Not the D that has kept other offenses to low scoring in tight games.

Yes the throws were off by the wet ball and Dak not wearing gloves or long sleeves. He was affected by the cold. The ONLY other cold game he ever played was 1 game in college, That's it. His throws were high and off. No where near what we've seen him make during the regular season. As I said, Eli himself said the ball was wet, and his throws too were off. So I guess Eli's exuse too was lame by your reasoning.

LOL it wasn't their D. But keep coming back that is was the Giants great d for shutting down Dak in game 2. Or ignoring that game 1 was Dak/Zekes 1st regular season game where they see a full defense, unlike preseason.

Who cares? We beat them twice in 2007, they beat us in the playoffs. See how this works?
