Johnson has been pretty bad so far this year. I'm quietly hoping that Gurode can step up and take over the position. I don't see us establishing the running game we want with Johnson in there.

I'm also getting tired of him short-arming snaps. That's 3 so far this year in 6 games - there should really be zero of these in a year.

We will never be able to run on a consistent basis until we get better center play. Al has not had a good year. Whether it is his "small" size, or poor technigue, he needs alot of work, or needs to be replaced. If we only had a player to plug in there----Andre must have his own liabilties as well, or he would be the starter.

I'd rather see Gurode in there. Johnson can't hold the point of attack, much less push guys backwards. He's physically overmatched.

Johnson's been an absolute Achilles heel. Rivera has been a major disappointment as well. I guess I'll just have to be happy about first place and go out to the mall or some other public place in New Jersey wearing one of my Cowboys jerseys...Let's see....Irvin or Aikman or Woodson...decisions, decisions......

Al Jonhson has been getting PUSHED around all season long. That really hurts our running game. The center position has to be STRONG and STURDY.

I didn't know if it was just me. glad to see others are seeing the same thing about Johnson that I am. I was pulling for him after last year; I thought he was going to be a good one. Now I'm wondering why Gurode was not in there after Johnson had more than his share of screwups.
