When did he have his surgery and what exactly did he break was it ACL? I know this people exaggerate on time frames for surgeries they don't really know where they're at just because you could see them walking and throwing means nothing to me as I went through this injury when I was 48 years old back in 2018 and even the day after surgery with crutches I can actually lean on that leg you know while a cooking you know I literally put down the crutches just so I can use my two hands..He's already throwing. Was out at Texas Tech pro day. His wife is a physical therapist by trade.
10 days after surgery even though it wasn't supposed to I could slowly walk upstairs gingerly and carefully but I was already starting to get bend.. Betting if I wanted to I would able to tell a football LOL
But 6 months That's when it felt healthy I was able to start doing the normal things I used to do but very carefully and wearing a sports brace like football players wear a Don Joy.. I was back slowly and carefully snowboarding, I did some wakeboarding ,where I didn't do any jumps but strapped in and moved around on top of the water ,Same with daily things and work it was very close to 100 percent..
However, I wasn't cleared, they told me to wait nine months to start doing everything, including the trick that got me hurt, and they were right, I was fully healthy and I was 48 years old and not a PRO-athlete and im OLD, but in 9 months it was like it never happened.
And I have not reinjured it, knock on wood ,I still wear the sports brace on purpose when I'm doing athletic but now, I'm 56 still doing the same things I was doing when I got hurt..
so some people just really don't understand that everybody's different but most of these guys can come back in 6 months but the doctor's not going to clear them.. But I'm pretty sure Adrian Pederson came back early.
