that's messed up
I def believe he wasn't going to make the team but these developments yesterday certainly hastened the decision. Maybe this will work to "Lucky's" advantage where now he has all of training camp to find a new team and possibly being publicly wronged/humiliated will bring him some sympathy. I don't know...........

He wasn't cut for being arrested. He was cut for not informing the team and causing the team even more embarassment after the dognapping or whatever.
He may or may not be brought back, but it wont be anytime soon.
