I've been giving him credit. In the past 10 seasons there is one team in the NFC, five total in the NFL with better records than Dallas. Jerry needs to own that we don't have a SB in 22 years, but he also gets credit for us being a pretty good team (on avg) the past decade.

Jerry gets credit for letting his team and scouts do the work.

It's no coincidence that our drafts suddenly got increasingly better as McClay got more control though.

Butt at 133 would be incredible value. Beyond being white, he reminds me a ton of Witten and how he just has a feel for getting open. Would love to go overkill on defense, but Butt would be a great pick that late.
