TDs will come. Guys aren't dropping 3 TDs every week. Division games are tough and Dak didn't lose the game. Great first start, hopefully he picks up the win next.

Big thing is most thought giants would blow us out. 1 more play on either offense or defense and we win. 20-19 sucks especially against the Giants but I'm optimistic.

We improved. At least we won the turnover battle and I see us improving in all facets of the game as season goes on

I need to see more before I'll say I'm optimistic about the future with him.

His mechanics went off the rails in the second half, and he looked like the guy from Miss St. Who i always thought would never be an nfl quarterback.

Need to see more.

He looks like he has all the tools. I hope he does because Tony will not last much longer.

That's not an "apology" dude. That's a legitimate point.

Ok well I would say our Rookie QB was not anywhere close to being the reason we lost and I saw this exact same gameplan with 3 other QB's last year and I saw the same result.

Also, The Cowboys told us before the year they weren't holding anything back with Dak Prescott.

We played 50-50 Cleveland Brown football yesterday and we got the Loss.

I see a guy who could be real NFL QB. He threw too many times and looked ragged as th game when on. But, he just might be a quality QB in the league.

Chalk it up to coaching, defense or whatever you want. I'm mostly chalking it up to lack of pass rush and crap LB play.

But you can't ignore the fact a rookie QB played. I think we win that game with Romo.

I felt that he should have used his feet a little more. Especially on that last drive. But of course its not like our coaching staff will actually call these types of plays.... o_O

Around the same time our o line became turnstiles

It's good to see all the throws again laid out like that.

I'm really impressed by him. He pushes the ball downfield. He's aggressive, is a threat to run, and he takes care of the football. He had a couple of high throws, but nothing I'm at all worried about. He's the real deal as far as I'm concerned. I'm already ready to believe it. Unless he regresses badly, he's the guy to develop after Romo's done in Dallas at the end of next season.

I agree...I've seen alot of QB's look alot worse in their first start. I noticed how well he does with play action...he finds guys wide open!! is that cause the defense get easily fooled for the run?

He does a really nice job with the fakes, yeah. Even when he does it when the RB is more than a pace or two away I'm still somehow fooled for half a second there somehow. It's just something in his body language. The same with the screens. You think he's not going to see the pressure, and then he gets it out smoothly like it was drawn up. He's an impressive dude.

The best part about him, if he's got the work ethic and he's already come this far, this quickly: he's going to be better by the end of the season. I think he's a legit playmaker in this league for the next 10 years. After just one week.

After watching the replay I was really impressed by Dak's composure. Almost every pass he completed was a first down or setup a 2nd and short. You cant ask much more from a rookie QB. The only Wr that did his job was beasly.

Next season? 2017?

So we have to go through this Romo thing another year!
