it's secret that the DC have a Super Bowl drought with NFC championship game drought ,

You all need to let the Derrick Henry thing go because apparently you got the last two coaches fired and the last 2 head coaches not winning Super Bowls with him not even getting past where they were before they got worse with him I know he played well but that's a fact somehow they would have changed our results by bringing Derek Henry in here versus the other running backs because he would have resolved all our defensive problems the last two years?

But let me know how many rings Derek Henry has and how your opinion says that he would have changed the Cowboys last two seasons results their win loss record tell me how you know this because he didn't change the Titans or the Ravens the Ravens Harbaugh just got fired you can thank Derek Henry for that He was supposed to put them over the top...

Yes , I understand he was productive but he was not gonna change us any more than Ashton Jeanty was gonna change the Raiders that was a bad pick not because he's bad it was the wrong pick for that team's needs at the time..

I also find this hilarious that you think that we should have paid a running back $9 million to come here not change our win loss record and then re up him to $14 million this year when we had one that was just as productive for $3 million but hey he would have been a name you get to wake up and say every day was a cowboy so it would have made you feel better....:facepalm:

They didn't call Mike Vrabel because Mike Rabel only had one place he was going and that was going back home same with Ben Johnson they already had a deal done in principle with the Bears long before we heard about it and that's the fact why would you interview people like right now why would you interview Flores knowing he most likely not taking the job not because it's Dallas not because it's the Jones family running it because he wants to be a head coach or he's comfortable where he's at period end of story why waste the time when you already know the answer to make you feel better that's the problem with self entitled fans you all think you are involved in this and you should have a say so you will feel comfortable if he set up an interview with Mike Rabel even though he wouldn't have took the job because he was going to New England no matter what So buddy you would have felt better if they would have wasted their time because it wasn't yours....

Have to agree with that Nick Siriani certainly gets bailed out by his GM Howie roseman that guy goes above and beyond to give him talent they lost some this year and I think it hurt them.

But I am sure he will retool this year they will probably get makai becton back and turn him into a pro bowler

Let me post a little something link from DH himself. HE HAS CLEARLY STATED THE COWBOYS DID NOT REACH OUT TO HIM. Stop making things up, and show proof that BJ and Vrabel had their sights set on their teams before interviewing elsewhere. You might assume so, but I'd be interested in your proof that Ben already had an agreement in hand with the Bears.

Aside from my Henry proof, he may NOT have been the difference maker here, but watching players/coaches over the years skipping the Cowboy interviews, etc, grows tiresome for a fan of 40 years +. By all means, back up Jerry and how he runs things, but if you are happy with the status quo, then I do hope you have positive only threads.

As for Vrabel? Maybe we all figured he was going back to NE, but why not reach out to see? The Jets and Bears are believed to have reached out, and at least give it the old college try. So if we needed a HC and Harbaugh was available, Jerry would have sat back and said nah, he wants to go to New York? C'mon.....As much as you want to state all you read are complaints about the team, you are simply providing the excuses why things don't change here.
