I forgot the guy's name but I think it's Darnell Savage.
I’m not knocking Dez. Just putting his regular season TD record in perspective. He was a very good player for us. But this team was no better in the playoffs with him than they have been without him.
You are describing the plight of all NFL teams. It is not common for any team to have exactly who they would like to have at every position in any year.
Why would you expect this front office to have a real accurate read on the state of the roster?
Wow another whine thread. Just not enough of them already this off season.
I find it funny that someone would think any team lines things up where they would have every position filled exactly as they would like in any year. The Cowboys certainly have their flaws, but some of the complaints are about things that are common across the NFL.
And when they fix it, there will be new problems to worry about.
Maybe not, but a better read than most of the Super Fans here!✊
I dont think people are being too petty in hoping to solve the safety or DT issues. These have been problems for upwards of 10 years now.
Neither was Romo or Aikman lol.
Great move when your OL is falling completely apart.
It'd be hard to do worse than they done over the last 23 years.
Go Cowboys, bro.
And yet, many teams HAVE done worse! In the last 10 years alone, Dallas has a better record than 27 teams. Cowboys all time winning percentage is #1.
They are like one of only 3 teams to not make the conference game in the last 20 years.
Well......... 3 can be many.....
But if you add in the years where Jerry and Stephen weren't running the football operations of this team they are #1 winning percentage!
And yet they still have the largest fan base, are the most valuable, have the highest winning percentage, are the ratings King, have the all time leading rusher, the biggest and best stadium, and the nickname “America’s Team”! But I don’t have to sell Cowboy fans, do I?
Yeah, we have problems, and haven’t won a Super Bowl in a long time, but I’d rather spend more time having fun and looking forward to the future than stressing over missed opportunities.
Just an opinion, like yours.
I don’t care much for Jerry either, but we got 3 Lombardis on his watch. More than the majority of the teams.
You jumpin’ ship now, K? Becoming an Eeyore?
Not only that, but the FO is always a year late in extending their own players.
If they would have signed D-Law last year they probably would have saved 3-4 million per.
That's what they get for waiting until the contracts are expiring to get a deal done.
