I am curious do you understand he has zero chance of being a punt returner here? They are just trying to find out what else he can do. If makes a roster spot on his receiving abilities that is one thing, but to make a gameday roster he has to be more than a slot wr. So I think they are putting him in situations to test him.

He will never return punts here though and judging him as a player based on that ability I think is misguided.

Well said. Man, The Zone ledge jumpers are in midseason form ehhh.. The kid didn't even get in the game as a receiver until extremely late. Even then he never really got a good ball his way. Can we give him a second preseason game folks?
