An amazing night in Buffalo!

Wow, I'm still recovering from an amazing night last night. The most draining game I've ever been to.

First, there were a ton of Cowboys fans at the game. If I had to guess, at least 10,000 Cowboys fans. I spent the weekend at Niagara Falls with my family, and there were scores of Cowboys fans I ran into before the game as well. Because of the flow of the game, we were pretty quiet during the game... except for after the two game winning field goal makes, the crowd was absolutely roaring at that point!

The Bills fans couldn't have been nicer. Even after a gut-wrencher like that, they were still very gracious and friendly. Only saw one fight during the game, and that was between two Bills fans. No one tried to start any trouble with us (couple of "you sucks") but no one got in our face.

Wish the game would have been a blow out... would have made driving home easier... but all in all a night to remember!

I suffered the stress I thought I was going to feel next Sunday last night. Damnit, they better pummel the Patriots. I don't want to go through that again anytimes soon! :laugh2:

I'm glad we won but we got our ***** kicked for 4 quarters. I'm proud of the fact that we didn't give up and kept fighting til the end. Props to Romo for hanging in there after all the interceptions and fumble and for the team helping him to do so. We never should have won, didn't deserve to win really, but we did and that's what matters most when its all said and done. I think it just wasn't Romo's night and all great QB'S have bad games sometimes. Hopefully we'll get better and get back to business as usual. I still feel a bit deflated but I'll take the win. If we play like that against the Patriots, we have no chance to win but I don't think that will happen. I think next week will be a competitive game. We'll be fine. :star:

I disagree ......Our defense only allowed 3 points.

The only one who did not "deserve" to win was Romo ...... and he made the plays he needed to at the end of the game.

I do feel sorry for the Bills and their fans though ....... How many times is Dallas gonna tear their hearts out?

I always hate games like this until they are over and you have the win in hand. Games like this are what make sports great, you can't script a movie or TV show like this.

As for the Bills fans being nice...I beg to differ. We left after the 2pt conversion failed to watch the onside kick in the tunnel. We were told to go back to our seats so we stepped down 4 rows in some empty seats. After the "second" kick, some ******* started pushing me over the seats in front of me. Yes wearing a #31 jersey, yes a very respectable fan, and yes I only "clapped" when we won. The little punk that pushed me was about 150#'s soaking wet. Keep in mind, I'm 6'4" 230# and I work my *** off in the gym. I could have killed the little bi&(*. I just walked away but dang...

Thank god I had the last laugh....one parting shot to the little punk - "how 'bout them Cowboys!"

I guess I can't disagree, yeah it wasn't our defense fault. If not for the picks and fumble, we may have very well stomped the Bills. Still, it was the ugliest win I've ever seen. But I'll take it!!

I disagree we got our butts kicked. We tried to give the game to them, and they were well coached and prepared. Had we cut back on the TOs, this would not have been that close.

The Bills fans were pretty much the opposite of nice, especially tailgating in the parking lot. I had a bottle thrown at me and of course the incessant "tony homo" comments. Only one guy really got in my face but it was nothing unexpected.

As for fights during the game, there were 2 in the section next to me and a guy above my section was taken out in cuffs with his shirt basically ripped off.

It was far from friendly, but what an awesome environment. That crowd was loud from the get-go and didn't stop until Mr. Folk ended it. What a site it was.

See my friend. You don't know football. Our Defense let them have 3 pts. Romo is the one who got his butt kicked. Not this team. This team pulled together and got the win.

Well coached? LOL - ummm read some of the articles wondering *** the Bills playcalling was actually trying to do. Cuz it STUNK.

Then post a recap when you are done. That is all.

Nope no signs, but we were 2 rows away from the end of game beat down with those 3 guys. The Buffalo guy is going to have a big mouse under his eye today.

Wow, I had a much different experience.

In the section I was sitting in (334), it was about 2-1 in favor of Cowboys fans. And the Bills fans that were up there with us were pretty nice for the most part.

We ended up parking/tailgating in someone's yard just across the street from the stadium parking... we picked a lot that looked like it had several other Cowboy's tailgating there. But after the game, there were several Bills fans sticking around and we hung out with them drinking beers and talking about the game. They were frustrated, but couldn't have been nicer.

I did see some bad characters, but nothing worse than you see anywhere else. And noone tried to start anything with us.

It was a great environment... I'd go back in a heartbeat!

OK, agreed playcalling bad, their D was well-prepped, how's that?

I think we agree that the team did not get their butt kicked. I never had the feeling we were getting spanked,,,we were trying to give it to them and they did not take it from us.:D

We had mostly good people and a handful of idiots. It amazes how many people are so drunk they can barely walk, yet security does nothing about it. Kick em out when they stumble past you. For the rowdy ones in our area, I think it was because we were with a lot of of the season ticket holders.

We were joking back and forth with some good Bills fans. I made a friendly bet that Dallas would score after the T New intereception. I lost and had to wave a Bills towel for 1 play. :bang2: All in good fun.

We did not get our behind kicked for four quarters. We were just behind but in no way were we dominated. If anything, it was clear we were the vastly superior team, but we gave them 14 easy points (leaving aside the kickoff return).
