The resigning of both, Lawrence and Irving, changes the nature of the defensive line itself. If Dallas is relying upon the metal of a third round pick, with Maliek Collins - a similar quality player would probably be acquired via free agency/reinforced with another 3rd round quality defensive tackle. But with the presence of both Crawford and Irving probably the rounding out of the defensive tackle position could quickly be shored up.
There is enough evolving on roster right now, to cover the defensive end position...so that WR, OG/OT, and LB can be targeted up front via the draft.
