If he wins the starting job, I'll be a tad pi$$ed. That means at best we wasted a 2nd round pick on Al Johnson. More importantly it means, if he beats out Johnson, he'll be resigned at any reasonable price, and we won't know if it was him being in a contract year or the position change that led to his improved play until it's too late. Don't get me wrong, I want the best man to start, but I wish we tried this earlier.

If andre plays better than johnson we would hope he starts, simple as that. you cant worry about who was drafted when now. just enjoy the camp battles.

the best thing tat can happen is that. Because that means tht we have good depth at center if Gurode goes down, or shows that he cant do it, then we Johonson there to back him up, Learn from the RCB postion last year, it's always good to have more than just a good starter, you need a good backup to.

I agree Dragon...
Quality Depth is a good thing...

It wouldn't suprise me if Andre won the job...Much bigger & more powerful...A better pocket pass protector and run blocker IMHO...
But may the best man win.
