Andy Reid news conference MCNabb ACL Tear

.. just listened to it on 610 WIP. I'm watching the Cowboys game at the same time so it was difficult to hear, but I believe that he said McNabb is out for the season. He also said it was such a serious injury that it will probably last into training camp next year.

Could someone else who was listening to the press conference confirm?

It was really one of the worse games to watch as an Eagles fan.

It was kind of like a replay of the Jaguars game a few weeks back.

I just heard the snippet from the press conference again. Andy Reid said McNabb's injury is a minimum 8 month recovery time, maybe as long as 12 months. Hos is right, it does sound like the Culpepper injury, I would say that it's entirely possible that if McNabb does come back from this, he won't be the same quarterback.

I saw the replays it was not a big hit or anything

He kind of jumped to get a ball of got pushed a little. I could not tell but all i can think is he got a toe stuck in the ground or he just came done kind of funny; but seeing the play you would think oh no big deal he will be fine.
