I took my lunch break at work. It’s nice to have a break and satisfy your hunger. However, in the employee lounge there was this lady on the phone cussing out her kids. So annoying. Doesn’t she realize other people don’t want to hear her dirty laundry? Sheesh. And what kind of parenting is that to be cussing at kids? If I cussed like that when I was a kid, it would have gotten me a good ol’ fashioned butt whuppin’. I never heard my parents talk like that. Not once. Plus, if that lady needed to talk to her kids about things that aren’t going well, she could have gone outside and left everyone else out of it. She was saying garbage like, “You want someone else to wipe your ####?” Enough is enough. Sheesh.

I just needed to vent a little. She took away my peaceful lunch break, which is an important part of the day to be able to do the best quality work possible.

People can be beyond clueless with their cell phones.

She was out of line on so many levels. Sorry you had to endure it.

Yes
1) step outside if you have person matters to discuss on the phone and you are where others can hear you
2) People really shouldn't be cussing out their kid--on the phone or not. But not my kid, not my business. The privacy part is though.

Exactly. I'm happy to stay out of other people's business, but if they're being obnoxious in public they force it to be my business.

Manners have greatly gone down hill in today's world.
Manners and respect are things that are disappearing in today's society. The younger generation is easily blamed, but their parents didn't teach them any better. The lack of manners is a sore subject for me, and the total lack of respect for our fellow man is as well. I can't stand to see somebody with $300 worth of groceries get in the 20 items or less checkout line. It drives me crazy to see somebody that is so inconsiderate. My parents are in their 80's and they would still spank me if I acted like these self-centered jerks.

You are mistaken "clueless" with "care less".
People don't care.

It's in my nature to be extra considerate.
I rarely see half of what I give out.

I work for a well known bus company and people are just plain ignorant. They do not care if they bother anyone around them, the truth some do it for attention. Just like the movie theatres or loud music at a gas station. They are idiots and truth they really are pathetic people.

When I'm driving I'm considerate of all other people. I cutting off people, no tailgating them. Give everyone room and space. If i do anything wrong, I put my hand up to say sorry or apologize or wave to say thanks.

These mofos cut me off and start cussing at me like I did something lol. Bad manners. I'd tried to keep my cool.

At the gym. I'm doing some bench press and have my bag and weight belt right on the bench as I quickly go get a sip of water before the next set. These foos just step on my bag and proceed to get on my bench. Wth. Had to count to 10 but it didn't work so I tried 20
