Another layer to Zeke's case

too bad Zeke's legal team will not be able to file suit in Texas court system

Don't be so sure. They can file at anytime after the appeal hearing and before Henderson rules. They can use what the NFL did in the Brady case as justification for a judge accepting the case and waiting on the ruling. Have no idea if they will try this but it's a possibility.

Would surprise me if they do it today, if at all possible logistically.

don't think you can file suit until ruling comes down (Brady's team tried this and judge ruled case wasn't "ripe" yet or something). NFL will know timing of ruling before NFLPA / Zeke team and therefore will be able to file in court of their choosing before anyone

hence, NFLPA / Zeke won't be able to file suit in Texas

You can file a lawsuit at any time for any reason. The outcome is uncertain but you can do it. That is why I said they can use what the NFL did in the Brady case as justification for a judge to accept the case before Henderson rules. The judge could certainly deny it like in the Brady case but if they file in Texas and show a judge that the investigation and appeal hearing were a sham and did not follow the CBA, that judge may accept the case and wait for the appeal ruling. I am not saying I think this will happen, I simply said it's a possibility.

No chance of a change of venue? Wouldn't it be against the law for the NFL to be privy to that info before hand?

no idea, just going by precedent set by Brady case.

maybe one of the Zone attorneys can answer..

I think this is much different than the Brady case. Destroyed evidence was a huge reason. This one the shoe is on the other foot as the NFL essentially created evidence to suspend zeke. I don't know just my opinion lol

Why is that interesting?
They waited a full month to give him their "medical expert" report. That's plenty of time for TT to change the meta data to fit her timeline of events.

If everything was on the up and up I think it should have been given on June 7th. It just smells fishy to me. I'm sure Zeke's team will question this with Henderson.

Because they gave the medical report info to EE after the hearing. It's been reported that EE's team says there is holes throughout the medical experts reports. So in giving the medical reports to Elliott after the hearing, the NFL pretty much suppressed any questions that Elliottt's people could have asked about the veracity of the medical reports.

May all those good and virtuous do everything to legally destroy the NFL in any and all interactions with the Dallas Cowboys!!

I've always felt, and it'll never change, that the Cowboys > NFL in all terms...

Litigate on ZEKE!!

It's even worse when you couple the timeline with their statement. Go read Harvey's defense. It starts by admiring the victim and then lays out their flimsy case. All of Zeke's defense is tacked on at the end. It reads exactly like what you'd expect out of a case made by only listening to one side. And the timeline absolutely support that conclusion.
