First and foremost, Dallas must pound StL into oblivion!!

But than everywhere I've read is that Carolina or Washington must lose.

On ESPN they said one other way is if TB and Giants both lose, then Cowboys would be in as a wildcard also.

Can anyone verify this?

Oh, forget it :) It's New Orleans at Tampa and NY at Oakland. No wonder they don't mention it !!

I've heard that scenario, but it's a last hope at best. Our best chance is for the Iggles to muster up a fight. Carolina will whoop the Falcons after playing us.

The Giants can't assume a W against Oakland. Their LB corps is decimated, and I think Kerry Collins might want some sweet payback against his old team, too. This could be an interesting game.

If the Giants lose....what else has to happen for us to get in. TB has to lose also right? I'm so confused. I just hope we win, get in the playoffs, and everybody up here can explain it to me on Monday.

If the following teams win: DAL, OAK, NO, CAR & WSH,

then, the Giants(#5) & Cowboys (#6) make the playoffs (TB eliminated) if:

ARI (@ IND), KC (vs CIN), SD (vs DEN) & SF (vs HOU) win AT LEAST AS MANY games this weekend as:

BUF (@ NYJ), GB (vs. SEA), MIA (@ NE) & MIN (vs. CHI).

It's that simple.

Eli @ Oakland, I wouldnt be banking on that one if i were a giants fan

but I cant see TB losing to No

the one im focusing on is atl
atl generally beats panthers, but I dont know who being out of it would affect them, theyre a pretty young team. I could see Vick not wanting to run if it doesnt matter

Just for fun...

If the Giants, Buccaneers, and Commanders all lose, would Dallas actually be the division champs?

lets face it we had our chance numerous times when we needed it. we won't get in and even if we did we would lose the first game. next year will be our year. offensive line get ready for overhaul.
