Damn straight he is. Good instincts, great in game intensity, and sound fundamentals. He is a plus player in the NFL. He lacks the talent to be an All-Pro, but he is starter quality and an above average 3 down LB for any NFL team. Excellent draft, pick and we're lucky to have him.
