ROFL. We've approached the point where we are questioning one player's ability by comparing it to another LBer who had a 30 tackle season.

Absolute roflcopter.

30 tackles for an OLB in a 3-4? That's pretty productive when you consider our superstar, never leave the field OLB got 84 and our "starter" the last two years had 31 and 36 while Spencer had 36 and 34.

Plain and simple. Spencer got into the rotation and produced.

If that's your idea of "production" you seriously need to raise you standards.

Spencer has done nothing.

I can't believe this is still an argument.

Carpenter is a bust, and people need to get over it. It's been 3 years and he's still buried in the depth chart.

Spencer got injured last year and would have been the starter anyway if Ellis didn't whine and get his way.

If he's such a bum, he wouldn't be the starter then would he? Hmm.

So we should cut him, right?

So you would have cut #2 draft pick Randy White after his second year, too?

Answer that. Until you do, your haranguing of Spencer just makes you look like an idiot that is jumping the gun on judging a player.

And you seriously need to get a grip on what good production would be from a guy who rotates with a pro bowl player and ends up taking most of his snaps. By the end of the year Ellis was playing the first play of the game and then sitting for long stretches.

Please excuse Spencer for not racking up the idiotic fantasy stats that dumb *** fans long for. While you are at it, please excuse Rack for his ignorance.

Hell no, I didn't say that.

Just cuz I can see (obviously) that he's done NOTHING doesn't mean I don't see potential in him.

But Carpenter also has "Potential", what's it done for him so far?

This coming from the Clown that was so full of ignorance he couldn't see that MB3 was obviously a better player than JuJo.

Oh and if you really want to toss insults at eachother I'll play that game (and I'll win). I'm leaving for a few months anyway so being banned won't effect me at all.

How bout you, chico?

If Spencer stays healthy this yr, I think he'll be the breakout player on our team and probably get 10-12 sacks...Ware's going to command even more attention from opposing offense's and our other OLB is going to be getting a ton of favorable matchups

laughable that they clal baltimore one of his best games.

he overplayed the run which was the first idiotic mistake that allowed an 80 yard td run. he is a complete moron and waste of flesh. parcells would have made him a solid LB. wade has made him a whiny drunk.

Spencer wasn't the only one that blew his assignment, among them, veterans like Keith Davis. With more playing time, those things should be reduced. Experience teaches it. He was also injured twice this year.

Spencer just needs to stay healthy and he'll be a highly productive player.

Especially when Ellis leaves because as much as some of you hate Ellis he is doing a heck of a job at putting pressure on the end opposite of Demarcus.

I don't know the stats, but I'd bet that Ware has more sacks per down when Ellis is in the mix. Ellis has a powerful rush for a guy his age and tends to force breakdowns in protection even if he doesn't always get the sack. Spencer hasn't shown that ability to develop comparative pressure, although he is good at chasing down QB's in the open IMO. I don't think Wade is in any hurry to get rid of the whiner.

It would be great if fans could all just place Ellis on their interview ignore lists.
