Spencer is an absolute MONSTER! Better than Ware? You need your head examined for saying that.. I don't get some of you so called fans, why must you dog one person in order to prop up another. Spencer is benefiting from playing with D-Ware, he draws constant double teams.

i agree that he was a stud for us, but i highly disagree that he is our best defensive player.
i would put him as our 2nd best behind ware and right in front of Ratliff.
i think what we saw was his confidence skyrocket this year.
and to think that ware was playing most of the year banged up with the wrist, back, and that stress fracture in his foot.
i think we are setup to have the most dominant pass rush duo in the NFL for a while.

The transition from Ellis to Spencer took longer than I expected.

Spencer is definitily becoming the top defensive player. He was all over the field again today. He did miss the tackle on the reverse, but other than that he was a beast. Didn't see much from anyone else on defense out there

You've got to be kidding? Ware draws double the attention, Jenkins is a beast, Ratliff is the best DT in the NFl.

If it was up to some of you Spencer wouldn't be here. It took him 3 years to be the kind of player we drafted him for. That's why you can't comment on drafts after one year.. hint hint
