Positives?

Yea, the biggest positive was it was crystal clear to all the nation that 3 years into the PROCESS and we still havent made any PROGRESS. It has to be clear to Jerruh as well and he has 6 games to think about the best way for him to fire Red _.

It brought a few others over to the anti-Garrett dark side and now realize he is a major part of the problem. I think JJ took notice as well from watching his interview.

Make no mistake, some will still cling to that and blame something else.

Sadly, I've lost patience with Garrett. I wanted him to be the answer because our searches have been unsuccessful. Going back to the drawing board scares me.

Seems as if you... and shockingly WPB, have started to not drink as much Kool-Aid as the ol' days.

The team has some very good players.
Besides a select few Cowboys players....I feel like they have given up on the staff, more importantly the head coach.

Yep. We made them punt on the first drive of the game. After that, 7 of their 8 next drives ended in a TD. The one that didn't was a missed FG. And then you had the very end of the game drive where they just kneeled.

so you're saying they were pleading for mercy?? yeah, Go Cowboys..... them two rascals, .Beavis & Butthead sure know how to build a juggernaut. :D

The only positive thing I can think of is that we did not fumble or throw can int. Which is pretty shocking considering how got our butts kicked.

after it looked like he was done for on the non-call

I wasn't on the board during the game, and only sparingly since, .. has this been discussed?

That was a horrible non-call on the late hit, and the Saints players were too close to the sideline, which could have been another penalty. But no call.

Wasn't there a thread last week talking about how calls are missed if it's the Cowboys?

Murray ran the ball well before it was forced to be abandoned and the special teams are of Superbowl quality!

We didn't even have the ball enough to do those things. We ran a total of 42 plays in the game and was 0/9 on 3rd downs. Horrendous.

To be honest, only thing I can think of is Dan Bailey, Chris Jones and Dwyane Harris.

I agree. And since you mentioned Chris Jones...Jokingly, but very funny, the Cowboys post game radio show said somethig that made me laugh. They were searching to lighten the mood a little...and one of them said: "the reason Dallas gave up so many yards can really be blamed on our punter. He was booming kicks and having the Saints take over deep in their end. Had he shanked a few, maybe there would be some 55 yard drives and not all of these 80 and 90 yards TD drives."
